Prior to the Gold Coast chip show, I arrived early to see The Neon Museum Las Vegas. Located about 7-8 blocks north of downtown on LV Blvd. North. Started at YESCO's boneyard. Now they have a number of signs restored, plus others unlit but still nicely displayed.
Now they have shows in daytime AND AT NIGHT now. Plus a choice of a guided tour, a special light/music interactive show and more. A lot has been added since they first opened. I readily enjoyed the nighttime experience, and their gift shop has a number of fun items that you won't find in the generic casino gift shop -- some very creative items!
Here's about 10 pics, with captions.
Note: I took these pictures (as allowed), but Neon Museum forbids pictures being used for any commercial purpose without express permission. So .. Enjoy these pictures, but DO NOT copy and reuse these pictures please!
