Looks like a fairy basic collection, meaning the majority are common $1 chips with most being in decent but mostly circulated condition, there's lots of duplication as well. If you want to sell the collection quickly and as one lot your best bet is to sell it at face value or use the face value as a starting point. Any chip that does not have a $ sign on it, i.e. the roulettes, foreign chips, odd ball chips throw in as a freebee to entice a potential sale. Unfortunately, the metal $1 tokens have little to no value as they are again, common and in circulated condition.
