Thanks for the warning ... and education. I took a look at the 2 tri-lobe trays on eBay and compared them to the pics on ChipGuide.

Is the difference in the actual glass (the tri-lobe formation) that's the tipoff to his being new glass? Or something else? The printed graphics look good to me, but I'm not a tray collector at all.

Just FYI for other readers, below are side by side pic comparisons for the Felix's Bank Club tray. ChipGuide tray 1st; eBay tray 2nd.

The Tahoe Village tri-lobes have the same difference in glass formation, to my (untrained) eyes.

Finally, I see that he sells lots of advertising signage. Any opinions about his signs ... or other things he sells?

(Another area of "re-makes" that I've seen more frequently is vintage room keys & tags. Even when they're listed as replicas, it tends to infect the genuine vintage key collecting space. It's a shame when that happens, IMO.)
