I was quite surprised to see this chip sell for $470. Then there's the Buy-It-Now chip for $199. The $199 chip seems to have a "cleaner" look without the smudginess of the $470 chip. I assumed that the $199 chip was a second issue and not as desirable. But the ChipGuide doesn't show the "cleaner" chip either the $25 or any other denomination. What am I missing?
