Whoever graded the dollar coin you show was extremely generous. They put it at MS 68. No way that's an uncirculated coin.From my old coin collecting memory I recall anything over MS 60 was uncirculated. I have a Morgan dollar from 1886 next tour slabbed chip. I would call mine only Almost Uncirculated at best.
