Well..... my fine moustached comrade, that is an interesting question. One could pose that the term "reasonable" would logically need to be compared to the opposing term of "unreasonable". That could be fun.

However, I was utilizing the term "reasonable" to compare against top dollar on one side and cheap on the other. If using a scale of cheap to expensive, I think reasonable would include cheap, yet would exclude expensive.
Not that asking top dollar is unreasonable. But, I digress. .

I thoughtfully avoided attaching a price to reasonable because of the relationship to condition.
