This seller is GREADDY Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express do not allow a seller to pass on the transaction fees. While PayPal does not spell this out in it's agreement to users it should. I feel the same about auctions that charge a buyers fee. As a seller myself I am glad to get your buisness and take any form of paymetthe customer wishes to use. If I were to charge back all the expences of a sale no one would purchase from me ever. PayPal is a great service for the small time seller and should be commended. We should all be thankful and understand that they can only stay in buisness by charging a small amount for every sale.
