Pay Pal is charging the seller a fee. However, I like having the convenience for my buyers and new issue customers to have the ability pay by credit card if they want and I'm more than willing to "eat" the fee. And, it is deductible at the end of the year when I file my tax return. Sellers out there: Its part of the cost of doing business just as some "eat" the postage charges. Buyers out there: search the web sites and read the auction descriptions carefully. If you are not happy with the conditions, don't buy or bid.
