Does anyone have advice on collecting current fractional chips directly from the casinos?

I am tempted to become a member. The only issue is I won't be able to make it out to the convention until next year at the earliest. I have $25 plane tickets to Vegas this week thanks to a Christmas day deal from Allegiant Air. If I could of gotten those prices for June I would of made it this year.
