Yes and the history of AA goes way back BUT the history of AA using the TRIANGLE and the concept of using a color and a chip for each month begins with the group using poker chips out of Portland, Maine in 1953. Just a coincidence that the Burt Company was making the GEOMETRIC design poker chips in Portland at the same time? I don't think so. I think the chip concept and the use of the Triangle design was born in Portland from chips supplied by Burt. I am not saying that Burt supplied chips to all AA groups, but that the concept was developed from the use of the Burt chips in Portland, Maine.
