I'd reply to David's post but I don't want to scroll back up.
MSNBC has been running his press conference all night and I saw it
live. When asked directly by a reporter "how long were you in jail"
he responded that he didn't spend any time in jail.

Regarding "pulling strings" I'd think that someone whose father was
head of the CIA could have had this buried/buned years ago, if he
thought there was something to hide.
