They recently closed all of the casinos in Russia so it is now obsolete. Chuck Noris supposedly had an ownership in that casino. Very doubtful in my mind as the casino only had about 8 tables and a few slot machines. It was about 2 blocks from the US Embassy. Value should be around $5-10 or so.
