Rule #2 clearly states "I will NOT have any slabbed chip in my collection.". There is no disclaimer that says otherwise. Why wouldn't a photo be good enough for you to make your point?

Based on your statement, it would be okay for anyone on the list to own slab chips as long as they felt it was for point making purposes?
