I had the same problem a while back. Someone on this board suggested "Microsoft Image Re-Sizer". I installed it and works great and very easy to use. All you have to do is right click on a photo and select small, medium or large. And any of those sizes are compatible with the requirements for uploading photos to this site.

It works fine with Windows XP.. don't know if it works with other operating systems.
