Sorry, but I meant to say that the $100 and below chips were all used for commissions and blackjack payouts. And yes, since tables had a SNG $100 min bet limit, one had to bet some pretty odd number in order to get that snapper or the $1 chip.

They did not charge commission for Blackjack games, only for baccarat. Did not play Blackjack so cannot really give any opinion on it.
