I have no knowledge of the SS machines. I will call the cage manager and the slot manager this AM and see if I can git it fixed. I knew the new ones were ordered but did not know they were in.
Just guessing, some cage cashier made a fill and was not paying attention.

The Fiesta gets rapped all the time over SS's. Reason being, they will not sell or trade dupes with collectors. Cage personel have explicit orders not to trade or sell. I designed several of our SS's and to date have not been allowed to buy them. The Fiesta like all casinos signed a contract not to sell or trade them. Our controller honors that contract.
On the other hand, I have seen at least one main bank cashier trade SS's for collectors, only because she understands collectors. She is risking her job to help us.
