"You say something in a feedback that isn't true, they will remove it"

The problem with this type policy is that it they have no way of knowing what is true or not. Sure there may be some feedback which is obviously false. But if I write that the item arrived in poor condition and the auction said it was in brand new condition how does some guy working for the auction site know what condition it really was in?
