I guess mission is missing? It doesn't seem to me a likely way for a casino to cancel $100 chips. In a stack, it would still pass. $100 then is almost a $500 chip today accounting for inflation. With the edge damage, I feel it's a non-play chip of some kind. Shoe chip is what I've always called it, although it could be from a key chain or money clip.
Are there records from the Thunderbird days that would indicate what chips were live in baccarat?
