Old Thunderbird NN chips for TCR

Here are a couple of older Thunderbird, LV non-negotiable chips that need data input to The Chip Rack. I believe the orange chip is TCR E2786 but it's not listed as uniface. I suspect it was a shoe chip, or used in a money clip. Note the edge chips that apparently resulted from prying it out of something.

The red chip doesn't seem to be listed. It is likely a prototype as the edge is not finished and has a mold ridge. Edge spots are blue-purple-green. It should be listed as serialized. Strange that it has a non-zero sn, which would tend to indicate that a number were made. I've only seen one other though. Also, I wonder what the "C" means on the inlay?

I don't have extras so this post is just for infomation and to update TCR if the data didn't make it into the 12th edition.
