Gene previously sent me the scans. I did some checking and I believe the chips were made for the movie "Godfather II" (not III). I went through II and could not find any sight of the chips being used on film. I did get this screen capture of the outside of the casino though:

According to "imdb.com" regarding "Godfather II": "The Havana hotel that Michael stays in is the Capri. The location was the El Embajador Hotel in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic."
