What a place I put myself in today... Fell down and when I went down I must have turned but my foot didn't... and it hurts..

We have a cruise in 3 weeks with son Gary and family.. I sure hope I get onto these crutches by then... but I get tired after a few steps... and I keep leaning on that foot and I know that's not going to help healing

Will get a cast Monday or tuesday... hope that helps more then the splint they put on in ER today... Of course there is a GooD side to this (Mary Ann) is my nurse
don't make the pain any better but sure helps... took me a while to get upstairs and P and get my jams on... Guess I will be off to bed early == the grand kids will love pushing grandpa in a wheel chair over there on the cruise (not)
