Even though I have most all the $5 chips, I continue to acquire the ones I really like regardless of their value or lack there of. Some of the chips with Bands on them are sought by folks other than chip collectors just because they dig the band. The day that Brett Michaels landed in the hospital, all of the new posts on ebay went up about $2. Or so it seemed. The 2009 Memorial Day chip is beautiful but still has a value around face but I still pick them up here and there just because I like them and have paid too much at times but so what. My opinion is that you need to sell them individually to maximize you overall return. An almost complete set just sold on ebay last week and if I remember right it went for an average of $8 or $9 a chip as a lot. Let us know what you have and start taking offers.
