[St.-Josephs Day] A deep fried "cream puff" batter filled with cannoli cream and finished w/ an orange peel slice (mostly a cherry these days). Then of course, depending where in Italia they came from; like Napoli, there was the Zeppoli di San Giuseppi and further south the Cassata variation.
