Gene, Just curious on this --
According to TCR, there are 38 $1 Palms chips. Even is all 2000 members had a complete collection, that's only 76,000 chips.
(And those assumptions are on the high side.) Add some dealer inventory, and it's still well under 100,000 chips.

What do you think happened to the other 2/3rd's of the $1 Palms chips (200,000+ of them) that have walked since opening?
-- to collectors who aren't members?
-- to casual collectors / tourists picking up a souvenir?
-- to home game players taking racks of $1's home?
-- something else?

Seems like a lot of "unaccounted" for chips, especially if this holds true for other casinos too.
