File went to print September 18. Copies were in the mail October 16. All issues were sent out at the same time. Why haven't people received their copy? Well, either
1. The USPS has delayed your mailing
2. Your copy was never sent out.

The only thing we can do is verify with Jim Steffner that you're on the list (which is likely) and see if a mailing label was created. Other than that, we wait a bit longer and start sending them out to people who haven't received their copy. However, I believe the most likely scenario is that it is still in transit.

I can only tell you to hang on a few more days and then contact Jim Steffner for a replacement. Please send me a private email and I will follow up. Please wait until Tuesday however.
