I have been using Pay Payl for a long time now (maybe a year) and I have never had a problem. Money gets to me (or gets out) in a heartbeat. If I request a check for the money I receive, I get the check in a week (I don't feel comfortable giving them my checking account info).

Plus, think about this: if you keep you balance at 0 (which you should do since you are not earning any interest), when you pay someone it gets charged to your credit card. It comes through as a regular charge, so if you don't carry a balance you get some time to pay it off without interest. Plus if you have a card that gives you a reward for using it (points, cash, etc), you can earn those on transactions you would normally be paying by check.
