Don, a firm in LA, 'Foothill Coins' advertised these slot token errors in Coin World some 15 years ago. If I remember correctly, they were 10 for $29.95. I ordered 10, and was so impressed, I called them back, and ordered a bunch more. They were in my inventory at chip shows for years.
