Something else I noticed after Pam posted more photos in response to my questions. Cecil Lynch must have gotten a good deal on the Fortune Club sign above the entry to the original place, as it is the same sign above the entry to what had been the Golden Bank Club. It wouldn't surprise me if he named his casino the Fortune Club because the sign was available real cheap.

Too bad you won't be able to make the convention this year Bill. I know you enjoy it just as much as most of us do. I'm still "iffy" myself...
