The first Fortune Club was at 109 Fremont Street from 1952-1958 (according to Fuller's Index)

In 1958 the Fortune Club and the Nevada Club were combined along with the Western Union building...(which appears to have had the Nevada Club name on it after Western Union moved out) under one 75' marquee, and it was called the Nevada Club. Owners gave up the Fortune Club name.

Cecil Lynch then opened "Cecil Lynch's Fortune Club", a slots only joint, at 22 Fremont Street; it was open from 2-18-58 until 11-16-66 (according to Fuller's Index) grin
