It seems as though the mayor is against the start up for some reason and supposedly causing the delay. Rumor is that the vessel is foreign owned and he took issue with it. I have no idea if that information is factual or not. The operators were in the office the other day and yes, it is very run down. They claim they should be operating "soon" but wouldn't say more. The boat is coming from down South and may or maynot have new chips. I will let you know if I find out anything else.
