~~~ by drilling holes and hanging them on twine around the edge of the bar top so when guests sit around the bar their knees will hit the chips causing a chime effect while savoring the embedded chips on the top... Kind of a "double your peasure" thing; seeing the chips and actually hearing their ringing effect.
