I just want to add that I scan 20 chips at a time as one big scan. Then I use a not too well known tool that is included with Vista and Windows 7 (not sure if it existed in XP) called "Snipping Tool" which allows you to "snip" any portion of the what's showing on your screen and save it as a separate file in a couple of different formats including .jpg
This tool, inside the operating system, is very easy to use and comes in handy for a variety of things including separating out your chips from a mass scan.
To get at the tool, click on the Start Menu. and just start typing "snipping tool" and it will appear in the list above and then you just click it.
Easy!
