Singapore's first casino, the US $4.4 billion Resorts World Sentosa built by Malaysia’s Genting Group, opened for business on Feb. 14.

I was told that Singapore is very cautious about allowing gambling in their country. If you are a Singapore resident, you have to pay an entry fee of $70 to $100 - not sure of the conversion rate. Non-Singapore residents need to show their passport for free entry.
