Hi, Charles. I usually say in my auction ads that payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction, which seems reasonable regardless of where the person lives. Most, but not all, hit that. As for someone not paying through PayPal in a week, that's just laziness. It takes about 60 seconds to pay electronically.
