.....about 50 yards from the entrance to McArthur Center, waiting for Alice Cooper to show up at the Norva just before we went to get Cronkite, when this Jaguar drove by and one of my autograph friends spotted him. He pulled into the valet parking so I did the 50 yard dash in record time, (just a tad faster than a herd of mad turtles), and caught him going in the door. My signing pad holds 3 chips & after he signed them, I threw up a 4th and told him if he didn't sign one for "Mad-dog Katie" in Calif., she will come back here and stalk him for a week. He chuckled & signed, obviously fearing the consequences. <g>
