Does anyone know the location of the Yatch Club casino in the attached scan? I do not see it in the Gaming Table.

Also shown is an oversized notched New Years 2000 chip from the Riveria. It has a limited edition of 350. I have no intention of selling this but was wondering if it has any value to anyone other than myself. I don't know if this chip was actually distributed in playable condition or not, but my basic question is, is there any value for a chip similiar to this in this condition. Are any notched chips worth more than $1.00 or so if only a few were made?
