I am not going to list any names, but I recently traded a number of chips with someone on this board. I asked what the condition was and was told all are either uncirculated or excellent. Well, his concept of excellent is different from any I have ever encountered. Like no detail in molds, filthy and badly scratched. I would say that this is more like condition: TRASHY. A convenient way for him to unload his junk. My satisfaction was never realized and I will never do any transactions with this collector again.
