which eventually became Universal Pictures, Norman Chandler was the publisher of the LA Times in the 40's &50's. Henry Mayo is kind of obscure...the land he owned eventually became a huge city in southern California (Santa Clarita, Valencia. For the past couple years on my way to a jobsite, I have driven by the Henry Mayo Hospital in Valencia).
