I have seen the TPC chip before, either here or on Ebay. I couldn't find it in Dick Staeffler's California guide.

The RC chip has a horsehead mold. In Dick Staeffler's guide there are a few RC Cardrooms, but none of them look like this one with the script.

Both are $1 chips.
