I wonder if the reason why none of your packages were insured is because you ordered under his old policy? It doesn't mention insurance.

However, under his new shipping rate he specifically mentions insurance.

Also, if he is now specifically stating that each item is $5.00 shipping and handling, he should not be allowed to combine them into one package any more.

And if it were me, I would specifically demand that each item won be shipped separately.

BTW, I though that Katz actually sold out his Silver Strike business to someone else and is allowing that person to use his name. Can someone correct me on this?
