My home is in foreclosure. I've filed intent to cure paperwork, but I don't know if I'll be able to come up with the money needed to stop the process before the deed is auctioned off at the county courthouse in early June. Right now I'd book my chances at 2:3 because a lot of things have to happen just right in my favor (income wise) with no or limited failures between now and then. I know our circumstances are different in that I've lived in and have been paying for my home for 21 years, and your home was a recent purchase, but facing this kind of ordeal sucks under any circumstance.
