I know nothing of the Stag Bar having gaming; still don't for that matter as your "guess" does nothing to confirm. At the same time, the question was asked beecause there are plenty of examples of delivery to one place for use elsewhere.

So the question now becomes, do we know that gaming took place at the Stag Bar, Pekin, IL and if so, where these chips used there for that purpose?
