During the Go Go 80's which every one seems to think is a good as it gets.

Now for some people that may be mathamaticly challanged here is an example for you.

Let's just say you have $100
Let's also say you also have 100 people in the VFW bingo Hall

Now you choose to give $80 to that guy with Cargo pants and a Nose ring.
Now you also choose to give $10 to that older women with a small dog in her purse.

Since a rising tide lifts all of the boats
you have $10 to distribute to the other 98 people in the room

Now THAT my friend is Redistribution of wealth.
