Your information along with my post mentioning the NCV overstamp Holiday Casino chips should keep newer collectors informed as to what to be aware of.

It's these products of "restoration" that tend for me to realize and agree that our hobby and price guide authors need to be aware of such....and I fully agree that a development and publication of some form of official CC>CC standardized grading definitions (language) needs to come into being.

This is one of the reasons why I wholeheartedly support Jim Reilly for president of our club.
