Rick, Yes it is. Two boats used them on the Mississippi. The Emerald Lady- Keokuk/Ft Madison, Iowa. The other is the Diamond Lady in Betten dorf, Iowa. If you look on Gregs map you can look at the chips the boats used. Thanks!!!
