Harrah's at Lake Tahoe was one of the first places I ever gambled. It was a fun place in the good old days. These "Silver on Glass" things were given out at New Years - I think. I have never gotten a firm story on how these were given out - I have always assumed they were like a centerpiece on the tables at the dinner show and were given as a prize to one of the seats. They were also made for the showroom in Reno. I am still looking for the 1967 plate from Reno...
