I have one in clear plastic, not glass. Center layer is black and has cutouts for 6 chips. It's held together with plastic hardware like the Capital Plastics holders for coins. You can have it for $15, delivered.

Think there's also a larger one for 12-15 chips. If you're interested, I'll look further for it.
