I keep a bottle of alcohol, Sterling's Magic, J&J baby gel, baby oil, wet/dry sandpaper, scotch pad and paper towels in a drawer next to the computer.

To clean the monitor screen as well as the scanning bed, I put some alcohol on a folded paper towel. Cleans glass great.
