These were delivered to Peter J Sullivan at the Elite Club, French Lick, 7/29/37.
PJ ran the Elite at the time. He also travled to Saratoga Springs, NY to run the Piping Rock, Saratoga was mostly only open during the racing season.
Chips would have been used in both places.
