These chips have quite a bit of history surrounding them. Around 1986 when Donald Trump took over sole ownership of the Trump Plaza after dissolving a partnership with Harrah's he ordered a new set of chips from the Burt Co. of Portland , Maine. Burt had been a long time manufacturer of all types of poker and Casino chips. Unfortunately, for Burt there was a problem with breakage of the new Trump Plaza chips. Trump rejected the entire rack of chips - 100,000s of them. This caused the Burt Co. to go out of business and the chips were never actually used in the Casino. These $100 chips have sold for as much as $100 a piece in he past.
So, if you collect Atlantic City chips, or if you collect $100 chips, or if you want one of the last chips produced by the Burt Co., or if you collect Black chips, or if you collect Trump chips - well you get the idea - just buy one of these gems.
The chips are $15.00 each plus a flat shipping charge of $2.00 regardless of how many chips you want.
Please email me - my email seems to be working okay today - or hang a "Sold" sign on this post and I will contact you.
I hope this clears things up.
Take care,
Jerry
